We offer flexible membership options designed for families, professionals, and frequent visitors. Memberships may include play access, coworking access, priority booking, and member-only pricing.
‚Üí Join the Founding CommunityMemberships begin on the date of purchase and renew monthly on the same calendar day.
No long-term commitment is required. Memberships are billed month-to-month.
Cancellations must be submitted before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following billing cycle. Cancellations submitted after the 15th remain active through the next month.
- Cancel by March 15 ‚Üí membership ends March 31
- Cancel March 16 ‚Üí membership ends April 30
Yes. Members may pause once per billing cycle for travel, illness, or scheduling conflicts. Pause requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance.
Memberships are non-refundable. However, pauses or credits may be issued at management discretion.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated.
Play Space Policy
Guidelines to keep every little one safe and happy.
Yes. Children must be supervised at all times unless enrolled in a designated drop-off program.
The play space is designed for infants, toddlers, and young children. Older siblings must play safely and respectfully.
Yes. Socks are required for all adults and children in the play space.
For the safety of all guests, please do not visit if your child or caregiver has any of the following:
- Fever within 24 hours
- Vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours
- Contagious illness
- Rash of unknown origin
No refunds for sick-day cancellations. Credits may be issued at management discretion.
Coworking FAQ
Work comfortably while your child plays.
Yes. Our space is designed to let parents work comfortably while supervising their children in the same environment.
Some memberships include coworking access. Others may add it on for an additional fee.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Party deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs:
- 14+ days before event ‚Üí credit issued
- 7–13 days before event → 50% credit
- Less than 7 days before event ‚Üí no credit
Yes. Decorations are allowed within our venue guidelines.
Yes, outside food is permitted for private parties.

Be Seen is not a drop-off childcare facility unless otherwise specified. Parents remain responsible for supervision of their children at all times.
Yes. All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to participation. A digital waiver will be provided at the time of booking.
General Policies

Outside food is limited to private events. We encourage you to enjoy our café offerings during your visit.
Yes! Our space is fully stroller friendly.
No. Shoes must be removed before entering the play space. Socks are required for all guests.
